It's going OK, had awsome time at the gym lastnight and feeling great. I went down to 148 almost two weeks ago from getting sick. Don't think it was the flu but I felt horrible and now I'm back up to 154. I'm noticed I'm getting more vascular and I can tell im growing.

For an intermediate person like myself, should I just cut out flat bench and only do incline bar, flys and incline dumbbell bench for better growth. I'm looking for more size than strength and it seems like it is better to do a mixture of high volume and low volume workouts
