Idk how people say they watch your YouTube videos yet they come on the forum and ask about oral only cycles. You've made countless videos on how to properly use steroids yet they disregard them and do some dumb shit.
I'd definitely recommend staying away from eca it's got a lot of negatives. I still have blood pressure issues from it. It's really not worth using at all you still have to diet hard while on it, the risk to reward ratio just ain't worth it.

15 pounds on a lgd cycle isn't going to magically happen like you think. You're already undersized so clearly you're not taking in enough calories. In my opinion you shouldn't of used PEDS when the most important part of a transformation is diet which you clearly don't have in check.
No one is going to know if .5ml is 10 mgs. When you purchase sarms they all have different concentrations per ml not to mention each sarms manufacture is going to have varying doses per ml. Where did you purchase your sarms?
First day doing it felt fine fasting wasn't bad at all. I did train in my fasted window and it wasn't the best felt fatigued rather quickly but could just be cause I'm not used to it yet.
