Test is a great foundation and you need it in all of your cycles but you don't need it high when running other stuff.
With that said, I believe that everyone should try it at 250 and 500.
My first cycle was test 250 for 12 weeks with AI and PCT. Its cheap and easy. The best part is that you will see how your body reacts to just the one hormone. Its the best gauge.
I did IF for almost two years. Although I don't run such a tight window any longer, I pretty much eat when I'm hungry. I eat big if I want or small if I don't and it usually doesn't start until later in the day.
