Yesterday I posted about I pinned my right delt with test cyp. And have a knot with pain. TODAY....I have a low fever , red, swollen site. Feel dizzy and drained. Do I need an emergency room?

Test cyp twice a week, primo twice a week. I thought it would be too much oil to inject in one spot together.
