Yes, that's very true. I do think there has been a tendency to use emaciated and sickly models in the past though. And as a father of two daughters, I don't want them thinking that's normal or okay either. Preferably the models should be fit and strong. It's beautiful to look at and it...
Thanks Dylan. I've become somewhat accustomed to this now. And what she said didn't bother me too much, because I know her heart. She's legitimately worried about me. Thank God I have family members who actually care, right? Life could be so much worse.
In her early 70s. Wow...that's hard to believe. But yea, those are the shows I grew up watching. :) I think it's been too long man. People have forgotten what "healthy" looks (and feels) like. Everyone's addicted to sugars and processed foods now. God save us. lol
Yea man, I get the same types of diet/fitness comments and lectures from guys that I work with. I'm surrounded by a bunch of engineers, so they think they know everything about anything because they read articles and studies from time to time. But dude, they're all overweight and eating crap...
I don't know about slightly overweight girls being more "healthy" or not, but I do have a genetic predisposition to prefer this body type on girls. I just think it's the hottest thing ever. I have no idea why. And yes, I realize that I'm officially derailing my own thread at this point. LOL
I thought you guys might enjoy this story. Let me begin by saying that my mother-in-law is a very kind, caring lady with only the best intentions. So I'm not throwing her under the bus here. But what I experienced this weekend speaks to a larger issue of how backwards we have become in the US...
Thanks man. So the weird thing is that my first two pinnings were great. Almost no pain for the days that followed. These last two have been the opposite. Apparently I'm getting worse! LOL But it's nice to hear that things will improve over time. :)
I'm officially over it now. LOL Didn't take long. These last two pinnings have been rough. I'm still hurting a bit from the one 10 days ago. And now I'm also hurting on the other side from Friday's pinning. And then we went on a 2 day road trip this weekend where I was sitting in the car...
Of course you're right Dylan. But dude, you're talking to the guy who makes spreadsheets for EVERYTHING! You remember that right? LOL Plan...plan...plan. But yes, I will hold my horses and get through this cycle and PCT. I know that my opinion on the next cycle will probably change a lot...
Thanks for confirming Rick. I will definitely wait on the deca.
Oh and Jake, dbol is one of the least appealing AAS to me. So yea, I won't be going there. I'm not even tempted.

Sounds like great advice. I'll definitely wait on the deca then. I do have some winny coming up in this cycle towards the end. We'll see how that goes.

LOL. Deca, yes? That's exactly what I was thinking as well. So maybe 400 test 150 deca next cycle? Thanks for the great feedback Jake!

This is great to hear! I'm looking forward to starting Winny here in several more weeks. Just need to get through the tbol and have a few weeks off from that first. Glad it's working for you! Keep those joint supplements handy. ;)
Thanks Testdude! Nope, I don't take anything at all for reflux since I don't typically deal with it. I'll get some apple cider vinegar to have on hand. Great suggestion. Thankfully I haven't dealt with the reflux in the past few days. Hopefully it stays away. It sucked!
Week 3 : Day 7 Update
Week 3 is complete. Here are my updated stats.
Still gaining weight at a steady rate, so that makes me happy. Also, I think I'm losing fat based on the mirror and my clothes. This is the WEIRDEST thing ever! For those who don't know, I'm being very strict with my...
