My recovery is so amazing on this Primo cycle I have to stop myself from training 7 days a week.
Bringing in all the drop set, giant set, mechanical drop set progressive overload approaches and loving it.
Let's do this...
As Dylan makes clear in his videos regarding Primo, steady gains throughout cycle and all around positive impact on mood.
Walking the walk as I enter week 8 of this 12 week cycle.
Loving it...
"Your pecs are fire!" the lovely young lady behind the gym counter exclaimed this morning.
That will put a spring in your step every time.
8th week of this 12 week cycle and loving it...
Continuing to strive to create the optimum environment for this Primo to really shine.
My strength is steadily going up and I'm taking full advantage of that while being mindful of my form. I'll be getting 7 week bloods done next week and will report back.
For now it's all out training with...
Feeling full and confident.
Every rep of every set, focused, smooth, challenging...
We turn to quality gear to take it all to the next level and the steady gains from 1 - Stop Domestic Shop is the best of the best.
All in...
Nothing like joy in the struggle.
My training and diet has been spot on for years, so this top quality primo really has the chance to shine.
Loving every moment...
I'm at that point of this cycle where I start to slow down my reps, pausing that little bit more at the bottom, and focusing the mind/muscle connection to initiate the motion with the target muscle.
Feeling strong and full and ready for anything.
As Dylan has observed in his videos on Primo...
Definitely servicemangler, Training is an art and a science and our abilities to develop is infinite.
"I love the smell of the gym in the morning; it reminds me of....Victory..."
I realized it had been a while since I leaned into a real basic training routine and it just naturally started developing over the past week. For example, for chest I'm doing;
Flat Barbell press
Decline Barbell Press
Incline Flys
I really enjoy developing routines with tons of superset/giant...
Feeling full and noticing an increase in my definition.
With this just the start of week 5 in a 12 week cycle I'd say t's all in tune with my determination, training, diet, and top quality Primo.
As Dylan has clarified in his videos about Primo, slow steady gains throughout the cycle, and I'm...
Age being just a number, I'll turn 60 in 5 months.
For me it is all about health and longevity, which is why I do my bloods regularly, am strict with form, and maintain a healthy diet.
I heard about a 90 year old gym rat who was asked when an individuals sex drive wanes. He responded, "I'll...
I brought deadlifts back into my routine for the first time in years this morning and it was really challenging hitting 225lb for 10 reps on my fourth set.
Mind you, I still have video of my PR 500 deadlift on my phone, and its still exciting to watch it from time to time, but it's nice to...
I always approached Tony Huge with caution. because he seemed a bit reckless for my tastes, but when he acknowledged Dylan as a source for his own learning curve regarding SARMS I saw him in a new light.
Keep brining the enlightenment Dylan.
Always appreciated...
Just got pre cycle bloods back and the format has changed, so while I'm trying to figure out how to print a document showing details I'll just post the results as I see them.
Everything in range which is always reassuring. Even my Test level at 975, which I expected at 120mg of 1 - Stop...
Hi servicemangler. Happy holidays to you and yours.
I'm focused on my progressive overload approach to break through any perceived limitations. This of course includes increasing the weights, in form (not the only time you will hear the "F" word in this thread, but also varying time between...
I'm into a push/pull/legs split right now and have begun increasing sets to failure to match up with the enhanced healing of this Test E/Primo cycle.
My arms are already noticeably fuller from this approach and I am also increasing my protein intake to create an environment where the 1 - Stop...
HI Robfg,
Yea, I know what you mean. Primo has a unique pip for me. It's very centralized to the point of pin but dissipates rather quickly. I can sense it with 1 - Stop Domestic Shop Primo but our carrier oil really goes down smooth.
Ready fr anything...
Thanx for stopping in RickRock.
So two pins in and the gear is, as always, top quality.
Primo at 200mg a cc can cause major pip but 1 - Stop Domestic Shop pins smoothly with little to no post injection discomfort.
So far so good...
