    Sorry I've been MIA

Yeah I have a lot more appreciation even if it's a car I'm not necessarily a big fan of. I still love modern muscle over a classic but I always admire a nice build old or new. It is, I'm learning so much, hopefully one day the car will be mine! No supplement beats hard work

    Sorry I've been MIA

Yeah I agree, I would never buy new. Me and my dad are currently doing a full resto on a 1950 Ford, it's a long process but cannot wait until it's done. Yeah they are gorgeous, much nicer than my 06 I had back in high school lol. No supplement beats hard work

    Sorry I've been MIA

I had the opportunity to drive the boss 302 when it came out because my grandpa worked for Ford for 40 years. Just drove a 2016 5.0 the other day and my cousin bought a 2016 gt350 so I'll get to drive that too, so pumped!! No supplement beats hard work

    SR9009 and Ostarine Log

So I haven't posted in awhile and thought it might be a good idea to let everyone know how this cycle is going. I didn't want to post too often, as change is slow and steady. So far all of my lifts have gone up, I stepped on the scale the other day and was amazed to see that I have gained 12...

    More food porn

My energy levels in the gym have been pretty good, the SR helps I'm sure as well as preworkout. I have a pretty sedentary job so my energy expenditure during the day is low unless I'm teaching fitness classes. Would a carb filled pre workout meal be sufficient than? Maybe a cup or two of pasta...

    Shipping to Canada?

My first package updated regularly, the second one I didn't get an update for five days, still showed that it was at the border than it showed up on my doorstep. It'll get to you bro just be patient. Don't start to worry until it's been more than 20 days. No supplement beats hard work

    another quick question

Well if they worked for you and didn't have any prohormone side effects than that's good. I'm just going on what I have learned on this forum from others more experienced than me. Good luck with your goals! No supplement beats hard work

    another quick question

From what I understand, you shouldn't take any sarms in pill form. Most likely you are getting capsulated prohormones. Just be patient and wait for your liquid sarms to arrive. No supplement beats hard work

Is it fine to always be on creatine? Been taking it for 7 months now just wondering if it's something good to be on year round. No supplement beats hard work
