Moved the seat to hole 3 and upped the weights x 20kg. All this made a difference

It doesn't. Test goes up and down through the day never mind weekly. Few get the roller coaster thing and it makes zero differences to gains etc.
Maybe every 4th day x .75ml might work. Ditto an even longer ester
