From the research I did its best to take it on an empty stomach before sleep. Thats what Im gonna do.

I see 777 as just an improved, more stable version of the same chemical, i do think I look about 5% better so far and ive taken this week off the gym, getting good sleep.

Now I am and its gone but I do think it was just the whey concentrate I was taking, im slightly lactose intolerant so im back on the isolate, ima do tons of research about to take it with or without food and Ill update yall.

Only side effect so far is alight nausea. Taking 20mg a day, ima take a week off the gym and take my first break day from the mk 777. If that doesnt fix it ima lower dose to about 15mg

Good to hear other people are actually taking it, im about a week and 2 days in. Only thing that is for certain so far is the far more vivid and longer lasting dreams, sometimes a get stomach aches but thats about it so far.

With food? That’s interesting, I’ve always heard to wait at least 2 hours after eating and wait an hour to eat after taking it bc food can lower gh spike. Can you please elaborate more? Thanks!
