I wouldn't stress too much about your liver values...they aren't that elevated. Some people (especially weightlifters) can have slightly elevated values. TUDCA at 250mg/day or Liv.52 will bring your values down to normal pretty quickly. I use both of those and milk thistle daily when taking...
