Not at a 90 degree; full concentric. Like holding your chin at the level of the pull-up bar for as long as possible. You'll notice that other muscle groups of course are being activated during the hold but I've gotten some good growth (shape & size) for my biceps.
I like to hold for 60 sec. Also, doing some research for correct stretches is important also. There are some stretches out there that many people recommend but are actually incorrect for the muscle group and/or can stress joints.

Thanks for the cycle suggestion. I've read a lot about first aas cycles & they mostly say test should be cycle but not all say test cyp. I've got to decide to go 1 more SARM cycle or finally go aas.
Follow Dylan's advice. Also, going forward I would plan, know and get PCT before starting your cycle. You don't want to screw up your cycle by not being prepared.
