I hear you, I stayed away from it for a while too. I can't squat very often so I had to find other ways to get solid leg workouts in and hit all the areas. I make sure to not rest my back against the machine and lean forward a bit, resting my hands on my quads so all I have for stability is core...
I know this ins't exactly quad related but hear me out. Have you tried some hip abduction activation just before doing the exercises you've mentioned (like your hack squats, leg press etc.)? That might help you with some mind muscle connection to the right area, as well as getting the blood...
Update:
Back: Stiff Leg Deadlift - 405x5. Big PR.
Didn't know I had this in me and had 2-3 more reps in the gas tank if I maxed out. Back pump is still an issue but including 6-8 grams taurine pre-workout, changing my diet to include much more potassium and it seems to be helping. Just...
Damn that would be such a frustrating feeling. But at least you've been able to refocus and find something to work toward like a 2x BW BP! Do you have 2.5 weeks left before end of cycle/vacation? I'm rootin for ya brotha, hope you get it and if not at least close enough that you know it'll be in...
Such a mental game man. Most people don't understand when they first start that training to failure is the exact opposite of what you want to do. I know that was the number one lesson I had to learn. All about the confidence you have in your lifts and not letting form break down. Like you said...
This is phenomenal progress man. A 2x BW Bench is no joke and would be such a major achievement, really hope you get there. How close are you now, I'm assuming you have a good handle on how close you are if you're hitting singles and doubles at the moment. Is the plan to test it in 2 weeks at...
1300-1500 calories at 205 is reallll low. Pretty sure Rick and Joe have it spot on. Likely crashed your metabolism with your calories that low, especially with that much cardio (nearly an hour per workout 6 times p/wk). Add to that if you have a physical job your maintenance calories would be...
I bet! I turn 30 next week and my joints have held up fairly well but definitely run into issues every few months that have to be worked around. I'm sure if you've been at it this long you've done a great job working around them, getting them warm and mitigating the issues. I hope I can still...
thanks for the info fellas. I wasn't too concerned with the sides and can always lower or drop the dose if for some reason it was effecting me too much. I really don't drive at night too often so it's not a major concern. Appreciate all your input!
Absolutely. Plan to keep running my log for the current aas/sarm cycle and then the sarm super stack. Ill make sure to keep diet, rest and training on point for both to really gauge and see how effective each can be in comparison. Especially for someone newer to sarms and aas.
Beauty! I'm excited to compare it to the aas cycle i'm running now and to see especially what s4 and lgd can do! You and all the vets have been nothing but helpful. Thank you, Dylan!
I remember how ridiculously expensive it is. I'm in Canada and order malto/dex and its dirt cheap comparatively. I'm sure the fact that it can absorb faster is their claim to fame but really, does it need to be that much faster? I think they're relying on people thinking "oh my god, this will...
I used it years ago but mainly because I used just about every over the counter supp back then. I just started using a carb/isolate shake after my workouts. I use maltodextrin and dextrose but I assume this claims to be much better? I don't know the science behind it anymore but if it is much...
My god...how do people do this!? I hear about people sleeping past 10 hours and can't even imagine how they are able to sleep that long. Like you said, you would be lethargic and I would just feel like I wasted a good 4 hours of my day haha. Maybe you tired her out, Rick?! :P I know that's the...
Hey fellas,
I think I have come to a decision on my sarms stack but wanted to run it by you guys first. I haven't seen a quad stack recommended or posted about (although I'm guessing if I looked hard enough I could find one). Would running S4, LGD, MK and GW be too many? I haven't read anywhere...
I know everyone will be different here but I've found since I have got my diet dialed in over the years I've needed less and less. I used to feel like 8 was the number I needed to hit or I would be lethargic in the a.m. Then 7 hours seemed to be my sweet spot. Nowadays my body won't let me sleep...
Yeah, the S4 is in both cycles no matter which I choose because it is the number one sarm I would like to try next for that reason. See how the vision sides go. Would you say s4/lgd/rad would be the best triple stack for strength out there? Or would this maybe be overkill and it would be more...
I wanted to run MK and GW because of the general health benefits they provide, mainly the potential help with joints and endurance. I started this cycle with my elbow giving me some problems and consistent knee issues my entire life. However, the elbow is actually slowly going away with rolling...
Man, those are some serious results.. How tall are you? I like the looks of your stack as well. I was debating running a very similar cycle to what you ran as a bridge (potentially changing out the GW for S4) and would be interested to hear how much you felt your strength was up on this cycle...
