At 39, why PCT or come off? A low dose cruise is what I would recommend.

Anavar only is a waste of money unless you are a woman. Run a test base even if you run it low and run it through at least 12 weeks to keep whatever gains you earn

Orals are definitely in and out but so are the gains. Without a test base to carry past orals clearing, its almost not worth it.

While cycling, we notice that results typically stop after about 10 weeks.

I likw your cycle minus the orals. I would add some deca and drop the orals, you could use TBOL too to start your gains off while the deca gets going. Swap out that arimidex for some aromasin.

You can run GH at 2-4mg ed year round and test at about 150mg each week.

I would also say that EQ is great with GW if you run the GW straight through the cycle.
