If they are not high concentration versions of those two products they really shouldn't be causing any pain unless it's being caused by the way you are injecting. IT is not likely for that to happen over and over, short ester products shouldn't be causing any more pain than long ester products...

I always do, I've heard different things about it but I think it will last a little longer refrigerated in any case.
