Well said and nowadays trust is something that takes ages to build yet be shattered in a microsecond. People will always be hating on something that may sound too good to be true but actually in the end turns out better than expected.

Yep, well run operations are bound to attract the attention of scammers as they want to cash in on the successful sponsor. Good to doublecheck the site you are on BEFORE you order anything. If something seems off STOP and check with sponsor.

I wouldn't touch those as Paypal requires a good bit of personal info that they WILL verify. If your info doesn't jive they can refuse to activate the card.
I think its the feds that are putting the pressure on the money transfer operators in order to crack down on illicit money transfers. With Operation Cyberjuice still fresh in their minds these operators are also taking it upon themselves to tighten security on their own.
