Same compound lifts you should be doing off cycle. Squats, deadlifts, over head presses, DB/BB bench, Pull ups, Rows and weighted dips all should make up the majority of your routine IMO.

Thanks for sharing. My wife and I meal prep on Sunday as well. I travel for work regularly, once I arrive I go to the grocery store to buy food and Tupperware. I really like that bag as I think it would be perfect for traveling. Sure would beat carry Tupperware in plastic bags around the airport...

I would get another blood test to confirm. If it comes back the same, then go see a doctor cause there could be something else going on. Keep us posted as i am curious to know.
Most doctors will treat your symptoms, not just a specific number up until a point. Just tell him you still suffer the symptoms of low T and would like to try the injections. If he refuses, then kick him to the curb because he obviously is not concerned about treating you properly.
