ok I am 26(south african).. hight 1.85 i weigh 78 with 53% Body fat.. i have always been the skinny guy with boney shoulders.. Tired of it.. i have done a short cycle of dbol for 5 weeks gained some good muscle never did pct didnt know shit bout what im doing and got into some bad habbits...

Ok as we all know test and deca are like bread and butter.. will it be a good idea to run 350 mg of test per week and 300mgs of deca each week for 10 weeks.. i like to keep dosage low and safe would also know what would be best to run with in in the idea op protecting myself agains achne and...
