    I was using my fitness pal and cleaned up my diet compared to what it was I lost almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks but soon as I started lifting I felt like shit with what it was saying my daily intake should 1800 cals so I had to start eating more or I just felt drained not today!!!!!!##

    I'm 29 6 foot 230 pounds about 27 28 bfi% I'm not fat as that might sound I have a Lil gut no fat on my arms or around my neck and shoulders I do have some chest fat and love handles and I have wheels no fat on legs I want to get down to about 15% bfi and add some muscle it's been awhile well...
