Been lifting for 12 years. Spent 1 1/2 years at school (2011) Studying physical training, 6 months schooling as a sports massage therapist, competed in my first to bodybuilding shows in 2013, a stack of courses for difrent training and nutrition since then, & 1 year ago i opend my owen gym with 2 others mates.
