My stats are 5"8' 201 I'd say around 15%BF
I'm a crossfitter so my main focus and goal is. Cardio endurance/muscular endurance and just overall strength. I'm not concerned about gaining size. I'd actually prefer to lean out if anything.
@dylan do you still suggest the extended super stack...

I just finished a LGD and GW stack so should I include GW in my PCT and keep using it starting the extended stack? I thought we had to cycle GW as well?
