37, 6'2" 202lbs, 12% BF. Been training hard my entire life and am ready to take it to the next level. Have done calorie deficit eating plan and my progress is my avatar. Saw the best results there but it really hard to watch macros for that long. Was probably hte hardest thing I've ever done. Then gave HGH a go which built me up quite a bit now ready to crush it. Have come to the forum for some guidance. Thx guys. - J
