I'm 35 years old, 6' tall, Wt. 205 lbs, body fat is 13% and going down, been training for over 2 years. My goals are to continue in 5 mile runs and mens league ice hockey. I'm not looking to blow up or get huge like Arnold but I'd like to be shred more body fat and be cut. More importantly improve my gains and overall performance at the gym. Looking good is feeling good. I would like to live a healthy, happier life for myself, my wife & kids.
