Update: for all 3 days I did heavy calisthenics and as soon as I got back been smashing it at the gym 5 days a week for almost 2 weeks, still eat the odd bit of chocolate though lol
Don't get me wrong- I'm usually a gym rat but due to extra hours in work and a festival that was booked I physically am not able to hit the gym.
That lapse in diet was a one off out of 5 weeks of hard hard dieting
Since I've started my cycle a week ago unfortunately I have been snowed in with paperwork from work and have a music festival all weekend.
Last week I did 3 full body workouts for 2 hours at a time , one 45 min arms and one 1hr chest
This week I've only done 70 min cardio and 2 and a half...
Been Running 10mg RAD 140 with no test base and have been told by bodybuilders on different forums that I'm going to have severe gyno/ liver damage and that I'm foolish and at the point of no return. I'm super worried now and need to know what I should do. I'm a week in and I feel fine...
