Thanks brotha! It has been almost 2 years since my last cycle and after this cycle I'm getting the itch to get back on gear! You know how that goes.lol
The way i see it is my macros were set up to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds per week. Before the cycle i was on track and losing a pound per week. With only dropping my calories slight while midway through the cycle and staying the same weight for 8 weeks, i would consider that as 8 pounds gained.
Oh, and i forgot strength is definitely up! Which is insane, usually during a cut my lifts do take a drop. Which is to be expected, but I've been setting PR's. It's a beautiful thing lol.
