So i have to take my t3 and t4 in the am first thing Im currently on rad And lgd For the 1st 2 weeks of cycle ive been taking rad and lgd aboht an hr or 2 after thyroid meds before breakfast.... Would it be better to seperate them farther apart and take tbyroid meds around 7am before...
