    Regarding the MK 677 - I am doing that for 6 months. So my cycle should look something like this: MK 677 for 6 months along with: - week 1-8 LGD 4033 - week 8-12 PCT (Nolva) - week 12-16 off After that 16th week I'm clear to start another cycle of LGD

From reading I now understand I shouldn't have taken more than 10mg but listened to tips from people I shouldn't have instead of doing my own research which I realize is stupid.
