What is the difference between a full pct and a mini pct?

I never got any pre bloodwork done. Only have the post blood work. Any advice on take a full pct or just a mini pct? The discomfort has gone done since last week and its not that noticeable but my libido sure seems low and i do feel slugish throughout the day.
