I'm sorry you're having this issue too. Wish I knew what was going on. Still waiting for pkg or even an email with tracking ( which I paid for).

I'm curious too as to what that means? I'm still waiting on an order also but really don't want to pester Hipo. Guess I'll give it another week or so. Bummer.

Good to know! I placed an order on 8/12 and was wondering why he hasn't responded to my email. Typically he gets back to me very quickly so I was a little curious but figured he must be busy. I like to have my tracking # as well to figure out where the goods are! F'g customs.......lol
