I find I sweat the most when doing leg days and my back days....on chest days I barely sweat and it makes me wonder if I'm training intensely enough even though I am lifting tons of weight with dropsets...maybe supersetting may be the way to go.

To be honest with you...instead of listing everything I eat I will tell you that I eat super clean to the point where my wife gets annoyed saying I am too serious about this gym life. It has not been too long for me lifting only 7 months and to even consider steroids is pretty lame on my part...

Water pills will only do so much...unless your competing just save your money. Dylan mentions cardio and that's what it really comes down to man. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat which is why the scale isn't budging.
