Currently I only have the Nolvadex, and I have read many places that this is usually fine by itself for pct. I have a bottle of Ostarine but it's from Irc.bio and I don't know about there credibility and don't want to take any pro hormones. What would the dosages be if I just used Nolvadex?

Just finished my 12 week cycle of Test E 500 mg. Final pin was last friday. When should I start the nolva and chlomid and what dosages should i start off with/Adjust too. I've heard with test E you should start pct 2 weeks after the final pin.
