I have a job that when I'm busy, it's very hard to eat every few hours. I've found that if I have a 5 oz. packet of salmon handy and I fork that bitch down, I feel like a million bucks immediately . What other foods can be eaten quickly and make u feel great??

Thx Angelo. Ya I guess I need to learn what low or hi levels feel like. From what I gather so far, low levels and your ass is dragging , no energy ....and high levels your nipples are itching . I'm sure there are many more indicators that I need to learn and recognize.
