I’m considering switching my mobile plan because my current provider’s coverage is spotty in my neighborhood. Has anyone recently switched carriers? How was the process, and did it actually improve your coverage and data speeds?
A few months ago, I finally switched carriers after years of dealing with dropped calls at the worst times. The switch was smoother than I expected, they even transferred all my contacts automatically. At one point, I had an issue with porting my old number, so I reached out to sprint customer service for clarification. Now, with my new provider, I get solid coverage everywhere, even in the basement, and I can actually rely on mobile data when traveling.
