When I start feeling sick, I load up on vitamin C, drink hot tea with honey, and rest as much as possible. Staying hydrated makes a huge difference too. I avoid sugar and processed foods during recovery, it really helps my body bounce back faster.
I focus on hydration, healthy food, and a few supplements. I usually order my essentials from Canadian Pharmacy Partner, which makes it super convenient to stock up on things like vitamin D, zinc, and immune boosters. I also make a point to cut back on caffeine and stick to herbal teas instead. Getting outside for a little fresh air (even if it's just five minutes) also lifts my mood and seems to speed up the healing process.
