Hi everyone! I’ve decided to try meeting a girl from the Dominican Republic, but I have no idea how best to go about it. On the one hand, there are tons of international dating sites, but there’s no guarantee that the people on them are actually locals, rather than fake accounts or people who just want to chat without taking it further.
On the other hand, maybe there are some local platforms or apps popular in the region that I just don’t know about. I’m also a little worried about the language barrier and cultural differences—how much do they affect communication in the early stages? Oh, I love that country - it’s like eternal summer there, always warm and sunny. I can’t stand cold winters, so as soon as I get the chance I go there to relax.
