What small daily habits have made the biggest difference in your overall health?
For me, adding a balanced morning smoothie has been the most impactful habit. I blend spinach, berries, banana, and a scoop of protein powder. I started experimenting with different add-ins after reading about supplements on Canada Pharmacy Partner and now include flaxseeds or omega-3 capsules for extra benefits. Over time, this small change improved my energy levels and reduced mid-morning snacking.
