On the positive side, some people appreciated the convenience of their in-home consultations, where they could see samples in their own space. The installers seem to do a solid job, and the overall quality of the floors appears to be good, based on some feedback. But, I’ve also seen some complaints. A few customers mentioned in Fifty Floor reviews delays in getting their floors installed and felt like the communication could have been better.
