Just thought I’d drop in and share my experience with arrowxl customer support. I had a delivery scheduled, but things got a bit messy with the timing. I reached out to their team, and after a bit of waiting, they managed to sort everything out. The person on the other end was polite, but I did have to nudge them a couple of times to get updates. In the end, my delivery arrived safe and sound, so no major complaints, just a bit of patience needed.
