I’ve had a similar experience with returns. Calling bed bath and beyond phone number worked out better for me since their store staff wasn’t as familiar with online orders. They walked me through the process and sent me a return label via email. It wasn’t fast, but at least they were helpful. Make sure you have your order number handy it’ll save time!
