I need help. There is an issue with my Quorion CR 30T2 cash register. I'm teaching a new person how to use the register, but I got a bit distracted. When I returned, I saw an error message on the screen, and the register wouldn't let me continue working normally. I haven't had any customers yet, but if I don't figure this out quickly, I won't be able to process transactions. I'm trying to find the manual, but I believe it is no longer in its usual place. Does anyone have the instructions or can tell me where I can find one online?
Can you tell me if the error happens straight away when you switch it on or when it's being processed? Did the intern, by any chance, enter programming mode? I used to work in a store as a salesperson, and we had a different problem: the cash register froze after we changed the fiscal tape, and we were also left unable to serve customers properly. Then I found the Manualmachine website, and they've got all the service manual for QUORiON. All you have to do is select the model you need and you can view the whole manual. So, this info was a real help in avoiding those pesky problems with boss, and I'm hoping you'll be able to do the same.
