Its not as productive to muscle growth I will say that. I modified it slightly....

Mon squats, sumo squats, cleans- minimal acessory work
Tuesday arms
Wednesday Dealifts, Sumo squats, heavy rows - minimal acessory work
Thursday rest
Friday Bench, close grip press, shoulder press - minimal acessory work
Saturday arms.
Sunday rest

So my acessory work would be like lat isolation rear delts medial delts uhhhhh secondary muscle groups to the excersise. Calves.... things like that.
