You know 44 had posted a while back about owning the gym. When you go in there you kill it. Well tonight I felt like I did it. There may have been one or two other people stronger than me in there at the time but no one trains as intense as me. Tren is working and I'm having some great workouts! Seated dumbbell shoulder presses: 55x10,75x8,90x8,95x6,75x10,75x10,
Upright rows: 105x10, 135x10,145x5
Standing shoulder flys: 25,30,35,40x16
Add in some great triceps and I'm all set!
Just a quick update, in the middle of week 5. The sides are minimal thus far. So far so good! Im sitting at 254 lbs 6'2" Kill it!
