CB-Form Hold Delay?

I placed my third order in 3 weeks and I got the damn CB-Form Hold. I sent in all the required documents within hours of getting the email. My question is how long does the order take to go thru after that? I haven't heard anything since sending them in and my bank account does not show the charge yet.
