You don't want to be running any sort of AAS cycle at 17% body fat. I'd diet down to at least 13-14% and re-evaluate. There are some SARMS that could help you out which I'm sure Dylan will be happy to help with.

I'm glad you do Dylan. A test only cycle is the only reasonable option to start with. Start with that. There is room for a large debate over the dosage you should take for your first cycle but to even make any suggestions, we need stats.

Pharma gear is Norma Test E (lets assume it isn't fake - I will be checking authenticity ofc), for the UGL I have the choice between Pharmacon, Med Tech Solutions and Alpha Pharma.

It is most likely a pro hormone in disguise if it's in pill form.

If it's in capsule form, I'm pretty sure it's bunk.
