Hey guys , got some MK677 havent started it yet . I do shiftwork , should I dose in the AM at say 9am when I wake up then I sleep for maybe 2hrs in the arvo then wake up at maybe 4pm then Goto work for 8hours from say 5pm-1am ... Will my sleep be affected etc ? Or should I dose it at 1am when i...
