Hey Dylan, When using HCG the last four weeks on cycle leading up to PCT, should one increase their AI dose for that period since HCG increases estrogen?

Hey Fellas, What are the best times and methods on taking the PCT items. I'll be running a full PCT - Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin, GW, and MK2866. Can I take everything all together upon waking up? Also I heard it's beneficial to take grapefruit juice with the PCT meds, thoughts? Thanks for the help.
