Hi Dylan! It's been 3 nd a half weeks. Yes I am on deficit diet and have gained 5 kg.(11 pounds) on scale

yes thyroid is also normal. i am 15% bf. looking to gain muscle while loosing fat simultaneously

i am on a low carb diet and use pink salt( low iodine). whey isolate with water, chicken breast with some brown rice, fish, etc. nothing high in iodine.

taking 12.5 mg aromasin eod but still having the bloating issue while on 250mg test-e/week only. blood work shows estrogen at 32..pls suggest!!

the total of all these tests would cost max $100 here in india. that too from a national level(branded) laboratory!
