Went back to my old Meal Prep guy.


Brown Rice 1.5oz
Asparagus 9.9oz
Ghee 1/2tbsp
Chicken 7oz

8 bucks each delivered to my door twice a week.

I’ve never been able to get into meal prep or counting macros. I’ve always just ate clean and made enough for 2 meals the next day. But at 40 and after several ortho surgeries, everything have an impact. I’m about to get on board and start counting.

It's easy, you just lay out some basic meals and get an app like my fitness pal. Just copy them into the days you eat them so you can track. Just get a good scale to weigh your foods and you're GTG.

I thought it was going to be much more of a daunting task than it is
