Water Retention

Hey guys - I've learnt more here in the last few weeks than I had in the previous six months so big thank you to begin with.

In watching one of Dylan's YouTube videos on HGH he referenced water retention and quickly commented that more people need to know about the importance of potassium and its role along with the sodium.

My first cycle was simple test e 500 mg per week for 12 and by week 9 or so I blew up like a puff fish. I didn't know to run Aromasin - I do now! Some guys like the feeling of being bloated - I am not one of those guys.

Other than the obvious eat super clean I'm looking to learn more on how to prevent and combat water retention for future cycles.

As you know now, you should run Aromasin anytime you run aromatizing compounds. Other ways to combat water retention are to limit sodium intake from being too high, keep carbs moderate, and get in a minimum of 1-1.5 gallons of water each day

Hey brother... im really happy to hear your learning so much here and utilizing all the wonderful information passed along... that's excellent and that's what its all about...

when your thinking about water, the obvious is addressing estrogen which is where aromasin comes in... start at 12.5 mg every other day and assess from there... other aspects: watching your sodium... too much sodium will absolutely hold water... drinking plenty of water actually lowers water retention... you need to make sure you are drinking plenty... also, i use natural diuretics like dandelion root... they rid you of excess water in a healthy way... also, the sauna is a key component as well... massage is another that rids your body of many toxins and dries you out... cardio training does this quite well as does a disciplined diet
