It is a combination of viagra, Cialis, and levitra and works great for easier stronger erections. It also works great for a preworkout to increase vascularity and pumps

I use the same dose for both purposes....1ml about 30-45 minutes prior

i would use a bit less for pre workout... go with 1/2 to 3/4 dropper pre workout and 1 dropper pre bedroom
