Alright so I'll be running 12 weeks phurious tp/tne....I know with prop frequent pinning is required. I also have read that the tne just unleashes a beast in the gym. So question to the pros...pin daily or eod? I'm not shy about pinning, I'm a medic and also have an endless supply of pins. In regards to the tne...how long before workout is optimal? 1 hour or? I'm thinking 350 mg a week of prop and then of course tne which goes with it. Thoughts???
